Contributions to support the Schramm Lecture

The IMS and the Bernoulli Society have cooperated to create a new joint lecture in probability and stochastic processes, named in honor of Oded Schramm. Donations to a fund (administered by the IMS) to support the travel expenses of the Schramm lecturer are encouraged.

Oded Schramm (1961-2008) was an extraordinary mathematician whose life was cut short in a tragic hiking accident in September 2008. His work had a profound impact on probability. For more information on Oded Schramm, please visit this memorial page.
